Small Ways To Change Your Life

Life is such a beautiful journey, full of aspirations, expectations and goals. And in order to achieve your goals, we must set up a routine, to keep doing things that get us closer and closer to the goal. Although the result might be worth it, doing the same things over and over again can be very boring.

You wish to start doing all these things, but have no time for them. What do you do?

Today I’m going to share with you 5 ways you can change your life a bit, spice it up! I’m not going to share rocket-science y stuff, as doing something new shouldn’t be tiring, but exciting! All right, let’s get to it.


1.Start a collection

Do you ever see people who collect, say, stamps, and wonder “how do they have the time?? it must also be very boring.” In fact, collecting something related to what you like can be real fun. For example, I collect movie tickets. I’ve got about 40 tickets now, and my collection is growing! Also, how cool would it be if someone asked you “What are your hobbies?” and you answered ” Oh, I have a collection…”

2. Start bulletjournaling

You might be very confused as to what bulletjournaling is, and to that I have to say, it’s the most fun hobby I’ve ever had, and is an AMAZING way to stay organized!

Basically, you’ve got a dotted (or blank notebook) and you fill it in with your spreads and doodles of choice! You’re basically DIY-ing an agenda.

It’s really hard to explain, but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty darn kewl. Also, I 100% recommend >>Amanda’s channel<< if you want to start this hobby, she explains things sooo perfectly! Love this chic x

3. Start drinking more water

I am SURE you’ve heard it a gazillion times before, but guess what, you’re hearing it again from me.

I AM SERIOUS. Water is so beneficial for your skin and body, you have no idea! A good way to start drinking more water is having a jar/bottle with you at all times. But the key is to take small sips every 4 minutes, so you get properly hydrated, cause if you drink a whole gallon of water at once, let’s be honest, you’re going to be a human waterfall if you know what I mean. You’re working on your computer? Take a sip. Boyfriend just broke up with you? Take a sip. Doing laundry? Take a sip. Paying your bills? T A K E  A  S I P.

4. Start a blog

Out of all of these, this is the one that takes up most time. If you’re willing to start a blog, just do it! Share your dreams and thoughts online, build a community and booom! My only advice would be not to start a blog for the money, because that’s not how you do it. You’ll find a hundred thousand videos online, telling you what it takes and how to do it, and once you get the hang of it, blog your little heart out!

5. Start reading more

Reading is such an enjoyable hobby, even if you have absolutely 0 time for it! 20-30 minutes a day is enough for you to relax and be all zen and stuff.

    Oh dear goodness, I can definitely vouch for the awesomeness of taking the time to read. That’s one of my favourite ways to relax and unwind at the end of the day. There are so many different genres out there – everyone can find books that they love if they’re willing to look. And it’s so good for our mental health! Total win.
